My Trip to Louisville

For those of you dying to to know, my recent pictures are from my trip to Louisville, Kentucky. I was trying to upload a movie of the fireworks but haven't been able to get it to work. The main attraction of the weekend was Thunder over Louisville. This big fireworks show is the start of the Kentucky Derby Festival. Lots of people

There was an estimated 800,000 people down by the waterfront.

The Parking garage

We sat on top of a parking garage to watch the fireworks. We could also see planes from the air show before it got dark.

Downtown

This is a picture of 4th St. It is a street downtown that has a bowling alley and some restaurants.

FInger Lickn' Good

Louisville is the headquarters for KFC and the other restaurants the YUM corporation owns.
