Sad news to report. Tio the fish past away over the Christmas weekend. He will be missed by all the library patrons. The kids loved to watch him swim around the tank.

Happy Birthday to me!! Tonight at skating they celebrated my birthday by singing happy birthday while I stood in the middle of the floor.

The Budwiser clydesdales were at the State Fair this year. They look very big up close.  

The butter cow is always a great attraction at the state fair. A power outage can't ruin this cow.

SPLMI 2005

Last week I attended the Small Public Library Management Institute in Springfield. It was a week filled with learning and fun. I met alot of neat people and learned more about libraries. My mom told me she would be disapointed if I came home without pictures so I took 63 during the week. Here are just a few to share with everyone.
